The game is supposed to add lines when it scores. The rules of the game are that if you complete a box, you get to go again.

I promise you, the game doesn't cheat. While I was testing it, I slowed down the rate at which the computer made its moves, just to watch for bugs in the code. After 3 days of staring at it making lines, it never once added extra lines.
